After earning Bachelor’s Degrees in both Real Estate and Business Management from Florida State University in 2019, Taylor Weed returned to her hometown of Tampa Bay to pursue her career in commercial real estate.

Taylor initially worked for a retail development company doing leasing and site selection, while gaining valuable experience in contract negotiations, marketing, and due diligence. Projects ranged from single tenant outparcels to large, multi-acre, mixed use developments throughout central and the west coast of Florida. Taylor then spent three years on the site selection team at Publix for the Georgia, southern Alabama, Panhandle, and Tampa MSA markets. Her time with Publix offered opportunities to present sites to Real Estate Committee, oversee liquor store strategies, manipulate budgets and site plans, and bring proposed grocery sites all the way through to store opening.

Taylor’s prior experience and history growing up in the Tampa MSA has fostered an expert understanding of the market. She comprehends tenant requirements and is committed to finding the A site to fit their needs, whether that’s raw land or existing space.
