Shannon made the leap from residential real estate to commercial in early 2020 (just in time for Covid). She started her CRE career handling the brokerage arm for a local private equity firm managing over 1,000,000 SF in office, retail, and industrial properties. Since then, she has closed over $90M in deal volume consisting of Landlord, Tenant, Buyer, and Seller represented transactions across all asset classes throughout the Tampa MSA and Florida. Her passion is people and cultivating lasting relationships that continue long after a commencement date. As a big proponent of client-education, Shannon ensures her clients understand the commercial leasing/buying process front-to-back so they can feel confident entering into a contract that, in most cases, holds the keys to their livelihood...their business. 

Shannon is a Florida native, born and raised on the east coast in the quiet town of Vero Beach. Although she officially made the move to Tampa Bay after graduating from the University of Florida in 2015 (GO GATA), she has been visiting TPA since the early 2000s when her siblings attended USF... and has been watching Tampa’s landscape drastically change ever since!
