Transitioning to office and industrial investment sales in the Mid Atlantic region.

Currently, Lydia focuses on commercial leasing and sales in the Tampa Bay area, leveraging her expertise in market research, financial analysis, and deal structuring. She has worked with local concepts to institutional and private investors.
