Lydia Kressel brings over seven years of experience in commercial real estate, with a background in investment sales and leasing. She began her career at CBRE on an office tenant representation team, advising Fortune 500 technology companies and government contractors, before transitioning into office and industrial investment sales across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Today, Lydia specializes in commercial leasing and sales in the Tampa Bay market. She leverages her expertise in market research, financial analysis, and deal structuring to serve a diverse client base ranging from local businesses to private investors. Whether acquiring, leasing, or repositioning an asset, Lydia provides strategic guidance and a data-driven approach to help clients make confident, informed decisions.

Lydia holds a B.S. in Real Estate from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, where she studied real estate development, finance, and marketing. She is an active member of Real Estate Investment Council, Urban Land Institute, Tampa Bay Retail Alliance and holds real estate licenses in Virginia and Florida.
