Lydia Kressel has over 7 years of experience as a commercial real estate professional specializing in investment sales, leasing, and market analysis. She focuses on commercial leasing and sales in the Tampa Bay area. She has worked with institutional and private investors, specializing in 1031 exchanges and value-add opportunities. With a background in office, industrial, and retail transactions, she has played a key role in the sale and leasing of 15+ million SF and $2.5 billion in consideration across the U.S.

Lydia holds a B.S. in Real Estate from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, where she studied real estate development, finance, and marketing. She is an active member of Real Estate Investment Council, Urban Land Institute, Tampa Bay Retail Alliance and holds real estate licenses in Virginia and Florida.
