Hannah Lynn is a Florida State University summa cum laude graduate with a bachelors in Real Estate and Risk Management/Insurance, achieving a 3.97 GPA. Prior to graduation, Hannah earned her real estate license at the age of 20. She specializes in retail leasing on both the Landlord and Tenant sides with a focus on mixed-use to curate/merchandise retail space for the benefit of the community and immediate residents. Hannah also enjoys helping local operators grow their presence in different markets. Born and raised in South Tampa, Hannah has an extensive knowledge of the Tampa MSA.
